Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in leading the Agile development process, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that teams deliver high-quality products on time. You will act as a servant-leader, guiding one or more Agile teams through the proper implementation of Scrum and Agile practices. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Laravel framework, a solid understanding of software development processes, and a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams in dynamic Responsibilities : Lead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure all Scrum events are productive, time-boxed, and focused on team objectives. Act as a mentor and coach to Agile team members, promoting self-organization, ownership, and accountability. Encourage Agile values and principles within the team and across the organization. Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Assist in translating high-level business requirements into well-defined user stories and tasks. Track sprint progress using Agile tools like Jira or Trello, ensuring transparency of work and team velocity. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as burndown charts, throughput, and cycle time. Identify, log, and remove impediments or blockers that may hinder sprint progress. Proactively facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and process optimization. Promote use of Agile engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming, and CI/CD. Maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, sprint plans, release plans, and team performance reports. Communicate project status, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders. Work closely with Laravel developers to understand framework-specific challenges and assist in technical planning. Support alignment between product requirements and Laravel-based implementation strategies. Promote strong collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and design teams. Facilitate inter-team dependencies and manage cross-functional Skills & Experience : : Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technology-driven environment. Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams through the full software development Knowledge : Understanding of Laravel framework, MVC architecture, and PHP-based web development. Familiarity with database interactions, REST APIs, and frontend/backend Tools : Proficient in Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar Skills : Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
