BI Project Manager

As a Project Manager for Data & Analytics at Calfus, you will play a crucial role in leading complex data and analytics initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. - Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Overseeing daily project operations, including task prioritization, sprint planning, and milestone tracking. - Managing dependencies, risks, and issues proactively, with mitigation plans in place. - Ensuring adherence to Calfus project management standards and best practices. You will also be responsible for coordinating between data engineering, data visualization, and business analysis teams, supporting business analysts in gathering requirements, and facilitating regular sync-ups with client leaders. Your involvement in data modelling, ETL processes, and visualization tools will be crucial for effectively managing technical teams. In addition, you will: - Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, and performance dashboards. - Drive process improvements for delivery efficiency and transparency. - Mentor junior project team members on agile and data delivery best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in project management in data & analytics environments. - Proven experience managing projects involving data pipelines, data modelling, and visualization tools. - Strong understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.,
