Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end BI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Manage a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers.
Design and oversee implementation of robust data pipelines, data modelling, and reporting systems.
Own Power BI dashboard architecture and governance.
Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
Evaluate and implement modern BI tools, best practices, and methodologies.

Required Skills

Proven experience in BI project lifecycle: data ingestion modelling visualization insights.
Expertise in Microsoft Power BI (dataflows, DAX, Power Query).
Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles.
Experience with Python (for data manipulation/automation) is a significant advantage.
Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
