Job Description

As a Project Manager at our company located in Udaipur, your primary responsibilities will include: - Being accountable for the timely completion and quality execution of projects assigned to you, whether as a lead or a substantial contributor. - Envisioning and planning projects, monitoring progress, and conducting project meetings. - Conducting research by gathering, validating, organizing, and analyzing information. - Identifying appropriate templates or approaches for deliverables and projects. - Contributing to analytics deliverables such as reports, dashboards, data marts, data warehouse, marketing, or training documentation. - Validating deliverables against requirements and conducting software testing. - Assisting and guiding other team members in executing deliverable tasks. - Communicating detailed deliverable status to stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. - Holding responsibility for managing one to three (four stretch) projects simultaneously. - Contributing to pre-sales activities by understanding high-level requirements, designing approaches, providing estimations, and building proposals. Your technical skills should include: - Experience in successfully managing and contributing to software development projects, preferably leading a team or a part of it. - In-depth knowledge of database design, SSIS, SSAS, and reporting tools. - Fair knowledge of cloud services like SQL Azure, Dataverse, and SQL Datawarehouse. - Capability to gather solution requirements, build detailed specifications, and work with customers/users. - A formal education/training in BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent with above-average scores. - Interest and broad understanding in advanced topics like data modeling, analytics architecture, and relevant business contexts. In terms of managerial skills, you should have: - The capability to mentor other team members to build work ethics, process awareness, and sensitivity to our company's value proposition. - The ability to train and guide team members on technology, business applications, and process topics. - Proven ability to effectively plan and monitor project execution through work breakdown, clear assignments, and active monitoring. - Understanding and appreciation of management reporting concepts like team utilization, quality scores, and project variance. - An ability to build deep working relationships and mutual trust with team members, clients, and prospects. Regarding communication, you should: - Proactively and clearly communicate about technical, project, and team-related matters through appropriate mediums. - Have a good command of spoken and written (American) English. - Be able to create presentations and documents that explain complex technical or strategic concepts, such as whitepapers, competitive guidance, and presentations for decision-makers. - Possess good presentation skills and be able to conduct technology workshops.,
