Day in the life:

• Develop and design Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Hive tables and Azure-based databases.

• Transform business requirements into reusable tabular data models and shared datasets.

• Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering teams to enhance a global BI solution and maintain data integrity.

• Support and optimize data integration processes, SQL procedures, and BI frameworks for accuracy and performance.

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver insightful, data-driven reporting for strategic decision-making.

• Maintain technical documentation, follow BI development lifecycles, and ensure solution flexibility and usability.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• 2+ years of recent Power BI development or data modeling experience.

• Strong hands-on skills in SQL, modern data warehousing/Lakehouse concepts, and data transformation.

• Proven ability to design, model, and maintain scalable datasets with performance in mind.

• A solid understanding of database structures, OLAP concepts, and data analytics platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work in Agile environments under tight deadlines.

• Commercial acumen to understand key business drivers and translate data insights into business value.

• A degree in a relevant field (desirable) and a willingness to challenge the status quo to improve BI outcomes.
