Should have experience in Software sales / Solution sales and prior experience of working with Banking or Insurance industry Experienced in working with both Delivery and Sales, with good domain knowledge of Software products & solutions Making sales business plans to open up opportunities Strategy and planning Collections Account and client relationship management Team management business development, account management, post sales account/relationship management Contract/agreement closures Negotiation skills for deal closures Bid Management: Mange the Deal response for a typical Outsourcing Deal and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs, Bids, Deal qualification, Creating win strategy, Workshops, Proposal writing, P&L Analysis, Due Diligence, Client Visits and Key stakeholder mapping. Ability to conceptualize Solutions to Business Problems. Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced. Experience in preparing server sizing and effort estimation, costing will be plus.
