Beverage Director

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Beverage Director, located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Beverage Director will be responsible for overseeing all beverage operations, including menu development, supplier coordination, inventory management, and staff training. Key tasks include curating drink selections, ensuring quality control, budget management, and working closely with the culinary team to create complementary beverage pairings. The role involves maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Beverage Industry and as a Senior Barista/ Head of Coffee & beverage programme
• Background in Food Service and Culinary Skills
• Strong Budgeting skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
