About the Benefits Administration Services Associate III role
As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, and actively listening, while discussing retirement and survivor benefits. You will manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our client\u2019s success. Requirements

Required experience working a caseload or working with retirement benefits/ pension, 401K.Experience in high-volume calls. Excellent communication skills. MS Office proficiency, Word and Excel intermediate level. Great problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively multi-task. High school diploma, GED. Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program. Below is what you\u2019ll need to do to be considered for this position.
