Walk-in Drive Details:

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market available consultants to clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Maintain and build relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
  • Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and follow up proactively.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
  • Keep track of consultant project status and ensure timely placement.
  • Update and maintain the database of consultants and job submissions.

Requirements:

  • Freshers are eligible

  • 1- 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Willingness to work in

    night shifts

    (US EST/CST time zone).
