Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, sourcing, and placing candidates in suitable roles. The daily tasks involve sales recruitment, managing relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The recruiter will work closely with the account management team to meet the hiring needs of our client companies.

Qualifications

Skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Experience in Hiring and Account Management
Strong Communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Knowledge of IT recruitment is a plus
Relevant experience in recruitment or sales roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
