Sourcing and Recruiting: Identifying and reaching out to consultants on the bench, evaluating their skills, and building a network of qualified candidates. Consultant Marketing: Actively promoting available consultants to potential clients and vendors, highlighting their skills and experience. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and match them with suitable consultants. Sales and Negotiation: Negotiating rates, contracts, and terms with clients and consultants to secure placements. Interview Coordination: Arranging and facilitating interviews for consultants to assess their suitability for projects. Documentation and Tracking: Maintaining records of candidate submissions, client interactions, and placement details.
