Salary : Between ₹10,000 to ₹ 15,000 with Unlimited Incentives

The candidate should also be able to communicate effectively with consultants, guide them, and enroll them for bench sales.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens) to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and place IT consultants (bench candidates) with clients and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Understand client/vendor requirements and match them with available bench consultants.
• Engage with consultants, explain the process, and enroll them for bench sales.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on submissions and placements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with vendors/clients.
• Track consultant project end dates and proactively market them.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of the US staffing process, work authorizations, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
