Location: On-site, Ahmedabad, India
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift – US Process)
Role: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience Required: Fresher or up to 1 year

What You’ll Do:
Market consultants’ profiles to clients and vendors in the US.
Build and maintain strong vendor & client relationships.
Negotiate rates and ensure smooth placements.
Work on calls, emails, and job boards for consultant marketing.
Breaks Provided:
Lunch: 10:00 PM – 10:45 PM
Tea Break 1: 12:45 AM – 1:00 AM
Tea Break 2: 2:45 AM – 3:00 AM
Requirements:
Must have good English communication skills (spoken & written).
Basic knowledge of US Visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
Interest in IT staffing and US recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
