Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Coimbatore. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment, identifying suitable candidates, maintaining client accounts, and fostering relationships with consultants and vendors. The role requires coordination with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and understanding market trends to achieve workforce goals effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Experience in Hiring and managing the recruitment process
Skills in Account Management and cultivating professional relationships
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of market trends in staffing and recruitment
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in IT staffing or recruiting is a plus
