Job Description

We are looking for Associates to Join us and Market Our own W2 Bench Resources Basically on OPT/CPT as well H1B TRANSFERS.

Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Onsite - Hyderabad

Experience Level: 1 - 4 Years

Positions : 10

Start Date: Immediate

Job Timings : 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST (NIGHT SHIFT

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) to implementation partners and direct clients.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to generate leads and placement opportunities.
Negotiate rates and close positions in a timely manner.
Maintain consultant databases, submissions, and interview trackers.
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

1 - 4+ years of experience in US Bench Sales.
In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
