Landmark: Near Metro Pillar No: 1717, Lane Beside First Cry Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with a proven track record in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the US recruitment process, visa classifications, and a strong network of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities: Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) to implementation partners and direct clients. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to generate leads and placement opportunities. Negotiate rates and close positions in a timely manner. Maintain consultant databases, submissions, and interview trackers. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements: 1 - 4+ years of experience in US Bench Sales. In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types. Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
