Bench Sales Recruiter (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place
bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC)
with direct clients and preferred vendors.
Actively source requirements through
job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed)
, networking, and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients for recurring business opportunities.
Understand consultants skill sets and present them effectively to clients.
Handle
resume formatting, rate negotiation, and interview scheduling
.
Ensure timely submissions of consultants to job requirements.
Coordinate with consultants throughout the placement process and provide regular updates.
Maintain daily/weekly activity reports.

Key Skills:

Basic understanding of
US Staffing and Work Authorizations
(OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).
Familiarity with
employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Good negotiation and networking skills.
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Willingness to work in
US time zones (Night Shifts)
.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
0-1 year of experience in
Bench Sales / US Staffing / Recruitment
(Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
