Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Recruiter at Hasanala. The Bench Recruiter will be responsible for curating candidate matches meticulously to guarantee the most suitable talents for job descriptions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and terminology
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in bench recruiting is a plus
