Role Overview: As a Behavioral Therapist at Samarth Early Intervention Center, your primary responsibility will be to work with children with autism by implementing customized treatment plans based on ABA methodologies. You will conduct therapy sessions, assess progress, address challenging behaviors, and enhance communication, social, and play engagement skills. Collaboration with families, training them in ABA techniques, and participation in team meetings to refine treatment plans are also key aspects of this role.
