We seek to nurture and build a diverse yet equitable community, addressing the unique needs in the ASD domain. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Therapist in Kolkata. The Behavior Therapist will provide therapy based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, conduct behavior assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily tasks include working directly with children, implementing behavioral interventions, and collaborating with parents and other specialists to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary. Qualifications Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience in Psychology Experience in Working With Children Excellent observational and analytical skills Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Relevant certification or training in Behavior Therapy or related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is beneficial
