Position Summary

The ABA Therapist provides direct 1:1 intervention to children with autism under the supervision of a Program Supervisor/BCBA. The therapist implements individualized behavior and learning plans, collects data, and helps each child achieve measurable progress.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children in-clinic
• Implement teaching and behavior intervention strategies as directed by the Program Supervisor
• Collect and record data accurately for each session
• Communicate regularly and professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and parents
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards

Requirements

• bachelors/Master’s Degree in Psychology, or a Degree/Diploma in Special Education or Social Work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in working with children with autism and developmental differences
• Ability to follow structured teaching procedures and collect data
• Prior experience in ABA or early intervention is an advantage, but training will be provided
