This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 2-3 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years JobType: full-time We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to assist clients in selecting the right beauty products based on their individual needs. This role involves providing personalized recommendations, demonstrating products, and contributing to a welcoming and engaging retail experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with a friendly and professional attitude. Understand customer preferences and recommend products tailored to their skin type, beauty goals, and lifestyle. Demonstrate the use of makeup, skincare, and haircare products while clearly explaining benefits and usage. Product Knowledge & Sales: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full product range, including new launches and bestsellers. Proactively promote products and support in achieving individual and store sales targets. Assist with product merchandising and displays to create an appealing shopping environment. Technical & Industry Skills: Understand various skin types, skincare routines, and makeup application techniques. Keep up with current beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations. Operate POS systems and handle customer transactions accurately. Store Maintenance & Professional Development: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beauty area and workstations. Adhere to company policies, including hygiene and safety standards. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Required Skills: Strong customer service and communication abilities Sound understanding of beauty products and application techniques Sales-driven mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Comfortable standing for extended periods in a retail environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred Background or certification in the beauty industry is highly desirable
