Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth and expansion of retail Store business network of our rapidly growing D2C Women ethnic wear Brand - Rangita. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new store locations in line with the organization strategy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine market potential for expansion of stores EBOs ( Sized 550 to 750 sq ft ) in new / existing geographies Effective Lead generation across the identified geographies Provide regular reports on business development activities in the market Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets current retail projects/upcoming projects. Evaluate emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify potential growth areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers in the area. Act as the primary point of contact for potential business development Collaborate with internal team to align on business objectives and deliverables. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. MBA is a plus. • Proven experience in business development of retail store network, • Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behavior. • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
