Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting,
prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
Work effectively with C-Level decision makers, i.e. Chief Marketing Officer, CFO, CTO,
VPs, Directors and other potential customers, to develop long term strategic relationships. Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals.
3+ years of exp. in Customer Services / Loyalty Marketing role in establishing productive,
professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Meeting & understanding clients business and relationship marketing requirements for B2B & B2C. Channel Loyalty marketing experience preferred.
Primary role of servicing clients and owning program strategy & operations / creating &
managing campaigns
De-briefing it to the other departments such as Creative, Rewards and Technology via
BRD’s and other Scope of work documents to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client’s brief
