A candidate should help a company drive sales by sourcing new clients and convincing the existing customer base to make an additional purchase.

These professionals focus on lead generation and prospect management.

They help a company generate new business and ensure companies' longevity.

Responsibilities: -

• BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales & and business development strategies for the clients.

• Experience in

  IT asset disposition (ITAD) and IT hardware sales

• Proficiency in strategic planning and market research

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• To generate leads via cold calling, client servicing, project execution, develop a database of qualified referrals, Area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing of deals with the necessary documentation
• Maintain excellent working relationships with existing clients and increase year-on-year billing value.
• Responsible for managing portfolios of large accounts and taking ownership of establishing and maintaining a relationship with the accounts key decision-makers.

• To network and build relationships with key stake holders in the recycling sector.
