Position Overview

Business Development Manager (BDM) in Inventory Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely parts ordering.
• Utilize MS Excel and business analytics tools to analyze inventory data and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on inventory performance and improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of spare parts.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory processes and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and support to team members on inventory management best practices.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of

  3 to 8 years

  of experience in supply chain management or inventory planning.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and experience with business analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of

  demand forecasting

  and inventory management principles.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven experience in

  parts ordering

  and managing spare parts inventory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a
