You will also manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule, ensuring smooth operations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for calling customers to inform them about service changes or car pick-up times. Building and maintaining positive customer relationships is crucial to encourage repeat business. You will collaborate with service technicians regarding parts ordering and ensure that parts are available when needed. To qualify for this position, you should possess an associate's degree, diploma, or ITI in mechanics or automobile. Experience in the automotive field can be advantageous. A strong understanding of automotive technology and the industry is necessary. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
