Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the immigration services sector.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients seeking immigration services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, legal partners, and stakeholders to enhance service offerings and drive client satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement to expand service reach.
• Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs, showcasing the company’s immigration solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events, workshops, and conferences to build relationships and promote services.

Skills and qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the immigration or legal services industry
• Strong knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively without oversight
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Superb organizational and time-management abilities
• High degree of computer literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
