As a Business Development Manager at Staging Spaces Design in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective client acquisition and management. Your proactive and results-driven approach will be key in developing new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads, prospect potential clients, and build strong relationships to drive new business opportunities. - Identify and pursue Corporate Fit-out projects for Office Spaces, Co-working, and Retail Brands. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet clients" needs. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity through market research. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. - Coordinate with Interior designers & Project Managers for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Interior Fit-out. - Graduation or Master's degree in Marketing or Real Estate. - Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and trends. - Excellent communication skills for client acquisition and relationship-building. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively towards common goals.
