BD/HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive Executive – BD/HR to strengthen our business development team and manage HR functions. The candidate will support in resourcing and Tender/Bid preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Professionals from Various Platforms/Portal.
• Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance with labor regulations.

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, HR, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development and HR functions, preferably in consultancy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
