BDE/BDM_IT Staff Augmentation

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the Staffing & Recruitment domain, with a focus on C2C and C2H hiring models. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. - Understanding client requirements and delivering customized staffing solutions. - Managing the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to closure. - Coordinating with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development in the staffing industry. - Strong knowledge of Domestic/C2C/C2H recruitment models.
