Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll onboard and manage gated communities for phygital campaigns. This hybrid field-and-digital role provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit gated communities and engage with association/committee members.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for banners, standees, and digital placements (e.g., WhatsApp promotions).
• Gather and maintain updated rate cards for communities and promotional channels.
• Obtain approvals and onboard communities for live campaigns.
• Drive end-to-end execution of physical and digital campaigns.
• Submit proof of execution — photos, videos, screenshots, message forwards.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and closure reports.

Compensation (Performance-Based | Part-Time)

Up to ₹42,000/month

• ₹30,000 — campaign incentives tied to successful closures & execution
• ₹12,000 — fuel and meetup reimbursements for field visits
• (Final payout is performance-linked; maximum monthly payout for interns is ₹42,000.)

Who Should Apply

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with on-ground visits and client-facing interactions.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, events, or community management is a plus.
• Students and freshers welcome — degree not required.
• Able to commit to a
