Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) stores on a daily basis regarding orders, stock availability, and store requirements.
Achieve daily calling targets to MT stores and communicate ongoing promotions or offers.
Ensure timely execution of all sales promotion activities at store level.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
Follow up regularly to ensure product visibility, availability, and smooth operations.
Provide operational support to the sales team for store coordination, promotions, and market activities.
Share relevant store updates and feedback with the sales management team.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, field sales, or business development (FMCG experience preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle GT/MT store relationships professionally.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (for reporting and communication).
