As a Business Development Executive at Liv Interio, your role will involve identifying and generating new ideas for business expansion in the market. You will be responsible for building relationships with both new and existing clients, generating enquiries, creating client/market reports, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and organize new business development initiatives. - Research and collect details about upcoming project requirements. - Demonstrate a proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth. - Utilize your experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities. - Apply your knowledge and experience in Residential, Public space, and Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects. - Showcase your analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills. - Communicate with clients in a professional manner. - Utilize experience with MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is preferred. - Display proficiency in English and the local language. Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Post Graduation. - 1-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. - MBA qualification is preferred.
