Business Development Executive - Interior Designing

As a Business Development Executive at Liv Interio, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new ideas for business expansion in the market. You will be required to build relationships with both new and existing clients, generate enquiries, create client and market reports, and implement effective marketing strategies. Additionally, you will need to develop and organize new business development initiatives and research upcoming project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth. You should possess demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities. Knowledge and experience in Residential, Public space, and Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects will be beneficial. Strong analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Effective communication with clients in a professional manner is crucial. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, while knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is preferred. Good fluency in English and the local language is required to excel in this position. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Graduation or MBA degree and have 1-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule and performance bonus incentives. The work location is in person.
