Business Development Executive – Hygiene Products (HORECA Division)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales of our Hygiene Products within the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Hospitals, Airlines, Railways, and Institutions). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales of hygiene or cleaning products and strong existing relationships with key accounts and purchase departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the HORECA segment.

· Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

· Manage product approvals and vendor registrations with purchase departments.

· Promote hygiene product range including hand sanitizers, hand wash, dish cleaners, multipurpose cleaners, floor and toilet cleaners, etc.

· Plan and implement promotional campaigns, sales schemes, and marketing initiatives.

· Collaborate on designing marketing collaterals, packaging, and digital marketing activities.

· Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional events as required.

· Prepare and present regular sales reports and market feedback.

· Preferred Candidate Profile

· Strong existing network and relationships with purchase teams in Hotels, Hospitals, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers, Airlines, and Railways.

· Proven track record in achieving sales growth and managing key accounts.

· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Education & Qualifications

· Graduate or higher degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).

· MBA will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,288.41 - ₹50,843.50 per month
