BDE (Fresher) Digital Marketing

Richestsoft is a leading mobile app and web development company passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences. We are hiring business development executives. To succeed in this role, you must be an attentive listener with an engaging sales personality, as well as a desire to pursue and close new business deals.

Location- Mohali, India

Experience- Business Development (Fresher to Experienced)

Language- English (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze possible markets, industries, and clients to identify and develop new business prospects.
• Generate leads through a variety of methods, including email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
• Create and build good relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and giving appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that both the company and the clients benefit.
• Develop customised proposals, project estimates, and project plans in collaboration with the technical team.
• Execute daily targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and revenue goals.
• Provide the management team with regular reports and updates on sales efforts, pipeline, and market trends.
• Maintain a competitive edge by staying up to current on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical clients.
• Proficient knowledge in using freelance, PPH, fibre and Upwork.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,394.19 - ₹150,000.00 per month
