As a Business Development Executive (Engg), your role involves conducting market research to identify potential industries. You will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies across multiple channels such as email, social media, and cold calling. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and communication. - Managing and updating customer and prospect databases. - Analyzing lead generation data and metrics to continually improve strategies and tactics. - Creating and delivering reports and updates to senior management. - Staying up to date with the latest lead generation trends and technologies. To excel in this role, you are required to have a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc IT degree. Freshers are welcome to apply. Additionally, experience in lead generation is a plus. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Understanding the US market is a key requirement for this position. Please note that the job location is Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab, and the shift timings are from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift/US Shift).
