key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with daily inbound leads generated via different inbound sources.
  • Understand each prospect’s learning goals and recommend suitable courses (Live/Recorded).
  • Effectively convert leads into paid enrollments.
  • Maintain high responsiveness on CRM and communication platforms.

  • Address common objections such as pricing, doubts around recorded vs live, or comparison with free/low-cost alternatives.
  • Leverage the brand trust of “Umar Tazkeer” while adding personalized consultation value.
  • Assist learners in understanding the outcomes and transformation the courses offer.
  • Maintain structured follow-ups via CRM (TeleCRM/Sheets) for cold, warm, and undecided leads.
  • Plan callbacks, reminders, and check-ins for live batch reopenings or pre-launches.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the sales process, scripts, and onboarding experience.
  • Work with internal teams (support, course ops, content) to resolve access or post-sale issues for enrolled learners.


Requirements:


  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or EdTech sales (experience in selling courses, coaching, or digital services preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to build rapport over phone and WhatsApp with a consultative approach.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, etc.) to confidently explain course offerings and outcomes.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., TeleCRM), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and video conferencing tools (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inbound leads, take ownership of targets, and follow up with discipline to close sales.
