As a Business Development Executive at WorkMETHODS Solutions, your main role will be to lead the business development process from lead generation to deal closure. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of the challenges faced by specific market verticals and provide continuous market insights to the management. Building long-term relationships with prospects and customers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to maintain up-to-date information in the company's CRM system. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the business development process from lead generation to deal closure - Understand challenges faced by specific market verticals and provide solutions - Provide continuous market insights to the management - Build and maintain long-term relations with prospects and customers - Maintain up-to-date information in the company's CRM Qualifications Required: - MBA in Sales or Business Development - Experience in successfully selling IT services Preferred Skills: - Working experience with CRM - Experience selling to prospects in MENA and/or US market - Organized and presentable In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be required to have proficiency in the latest technologies to engage in technical conversations with prospects, ability to converse with international clients, excellent verbal and written English skills, expertise in Microsoft Office applications, negotiation skills, understanding of project financials, and the ability to bring deals to a close.
