Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing | ORM Focus)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing team, with a key focus on Online Reputation Management (ORM) services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing and sales, a proven ability to build client relationships, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ORM and Digital Marketing services through various lead generation platforms.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized digital solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver professional business presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal ORM, SEO, and digital marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ORM strategies, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2.5 - 3 years of proven experience in business development or digital marketing sales, preferably in ORM services.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services like ORM, SEO, SMO, and Content Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation channels.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference: Candidates from Tricity (Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula)
