Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B business development, regardless of industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of cultivating and managing business relationships, with a specific focus on handling dealers. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector, with a focus on establishing and managing relationships with dealers.

Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and acquire new clients to expand the company's client portfolio.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the B2B sector.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a coordinated approach to business development.

Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with dealers to secure mutually beneficial agreements and partnerships.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B business development.

Proven ability to handle and manage dealerships effectively.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and dynamics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
