Job Title: Business Development Executive –Web Development

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in bidding, lead generation, and client handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with potential clients, and a proven track record of successfully closing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for Web Development services through various online platforms.
  • Bid on portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc., to secure projects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within given timelines.
  • Conduct business development activities, including project analysis, drafting proposals, and negotiating with international clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strong PR and communication skills.
  • Coordinate with international clients via Skype chat, calls, and emails.
  • Clearly understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
