Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify and bid on relevant UI/UX and Web Development projects on Upwork. Write compelling and customized proposals to increase win rates. Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and set up meetings. Maintain a high response rate and engagement with leads. Track and manage leads using a CRM system. Collaborate with the internal design and development teams to ensure alignment on client needs. Requirements lead generation, Upwork bidding, or sales in the IT services domain. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design and web development services. Proposal Writing Skills: Ability to craft persuasive, well-structured proposals. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle client objections and close deals. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Upwork, CRM tools, and lead tracking software. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a UI/UX or web development agency. Understanding of Figma, Webflow, Framer, and other design/development tools. Proven track record of securing projects on Upwork.
