Job Title: Business Development Executive (Pharmaceuticals / Cosmetics)

Location: Panchkula

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Pharmaceuticals or Cosmetics industry and a passion for building client relationships, driving sales, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Pharmaceuticals/Cosmetics sector.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and offer solutions matching their needs.

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or relevant field.

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Pharmaceuticals or Cosmetics.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good understanding of product knowledge in respective industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply for entry-level positions.

Salary: Based on last drawn salary + hike, depending on interview performance.

Pay: ₹11,015.72 - ₹42,125.20 per month
