Job Description

You will be responsible for calling leads provided by the company and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will need to establish contacts with potential clients to generate new business opportunities and provide information about properties to customers. It will be your duty to follow up with potential customers, close sales, and submit reports to the team leader or manager. Developing sales strategies to meet set targets, addressing client queries, and maintaining positive relationships with existing and new clients are also key aspects of the role. Furthermore, you will be required to conduct site visits for clients, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and handle pricing and terms-related queries. Ideal candidates for this position should possess good communication skills, be active, confident, and motivated individuals. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, with a preference for those with prior sales experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Loan sectors. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The qualifications for this role include being a graduate with fluency in Kannada, as well as proficiency in English and Hindi. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in business development and sales. The work location will be in person at Bangalore, within the Real Estate industry. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 15k to 30k (depending on qualifications and experience), the benefits package includes a flexible schedule and Provident Fund.
