BDE (Business Development Executive)

Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in pitching and presenting to clients (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and web services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, online research, and networking.
• Reach out to potential clients to pitch our services (web design, SEO, digital marketing, etc.).
• Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a client database and track sales performance.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the sales team.
