Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, events).
  • Pitch IT services and solutions (ERP, CRM, Web/Mobile Development, Cloud Services, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to customize offerings as per client requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
