About the Position

GroveTech Solutions is expanding its business development team! We’re looking for enthusiastic and result-driven BDEs/BDMs who can identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and help drive overall business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Present and promote company services to prospective clients
• Handle B2B/B2C communication and negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Handling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in IT/software service sales is a plus
• Goal-oriented attitude with strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
