Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to meet client needs. Track and report sales metrics and performance to senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Mentor and support junior business development staff (for BDM roles).
